Fire Ceremonies
Fire is central to South American shamanism. It is very cleansing to the body, mind and soul. Ceremonies involve some rattling, some chanting and the burning of flammable objects, be it a stick or paper, that has been infused by the breathe or writing with something we want to hand over to Spirit. This could be our future intentions for our lives, our past traumas and pains, our thanks to our teachers, or whatever needs to be given to Spirit at this time. Typically, we follow the full moon cycles because this brings us back to cyclical time and the rhythms of nature. The following is a list of full moons over the next year. The Moon names are from the Farmer’s Almanac. You should plan on arriving 15 minutes prior to the ceremony time. All times are EST.

Trillium Awakening Sittings/Satsang
Satsang is a Sanskrit word that means "gathering together for the truth" or, more simply, "being with the truth." Truth is what is real, what exists. Whenever something increases your experience of the Truth, it opens your Heart and quiets your mind. These sittings provide one with a chance to ask questions about Trillium Awakening and Self-realization and to explore the totality of one's Being. It also provides an opportunity to sit with others who are at various stages of their own realization and relish the feeling of community.
